The annual Japanese Film Festival (JFF) 2023 returns this September 2023.

With the 19th edition of the annual Film Festival, GSC is once again the official venue and long term partner of the much anticipated annual event.

Organized by the Japan Foundation in Kuala Lumpur (JFKL), this year's JFF promises an exciting line-ups of 16 Japanese movies (which includes GSC International Screens title "#Manhole") ranging from animation, comedy, thriller and heart warmth romance or family drama.

TICKETING INFORMATION

Tickets are available at RM 10.00 per ticket for the JFF 2023 titles, except for #Manhole (@ prevailing GSC ticket pricing)  and will be on sale one week before the screening date in respective regions. To secure their seats,  movie-goers have the convenience of purchasing the tickets online through GSC Website, Mobile App, or ticketing kiosk at the cinemas.

Public screenings are scheduled across four regions at 7 selected GSC Cinemas:

Klang Valley (public screenings Sept 7-13) – advance sales starts Aug 31, 2023

Johor Bahru (public screenings Sept 14 - 17) – advance sales starts Sept 7, 2023

Kuching (Oct 5-8) – advance sales starts Sept 28, 2023

Kota Kinabalu (Oct 12-15) – advance sales starts Oct 5, 2023

The Detective Conan Marathon (GSC Nu Sentral & Gurney Plaza, Penang only)and "Your Lovely Smile" (KV only) will be on free admission and can be booked on Eventbrite starting on 31 August , 2023 (KV) and 10th September (Penang).
